6. Shipping Restrictions 

We currently do not ship to the following locations:
• P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses (Military & Government Addresses)
• Certain international destinations with strict import regulations
• Restricted regions due to legal or carrier limitations

 If you place an order for a restricted location, we will contact you to provide alternative shipping options or issue a refund.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Shipments 

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information before reaching out to us.

If your package is marked as ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it:
• Check with your neighbors, front desk, or mailroom.
• Look around your property for a possible safe drop-off location.
• Contact the shipping carrier for further details.
• If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery date.

8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items 

If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, please take the following steps:
• Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or incorrect item.
• Email us at sprucebyyuktivohra@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
• We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund based on the situation.

 Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

9. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed status, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

10. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping 

During holiday seasons, major sales events, or unexpected global shipping disruptions, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.
