Cancellation policy
At Yukti Vohra, we strive to provide the best services/products to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to cancel an order or service. Below are the detailed terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may request a cancellation under the following conditions:
For Products:
- Since we offer customized products, refunds can only be initiated before the order is dispatched. Once the product is shipped, cancellations and refunds will not be possible.
- If the order has already been dispatched but not yet delivered, customers may still request a cancellation; however, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund.
- If the product has already been delivered, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may be eligible for a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.
For Services:
- If the cancellation request is made at least 3 days before the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued.
- If the cancellation request is made after 3 days but before the service has begun, a partial refund may be provided, subject to a cancellation fee of [₹X or % of the total amount].
- If the service has already been started or completed, cancellations will not be permitted.
2. Cancellation by the Company
Yukti Vohra reserves the right to cancel an order or service under the following circumstances:
- If the product/service is out of stock or unavailable.
- If there are technical issues, pricing errors, or other unforeseen problems.
- If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information, making it impossible to fulfill the order.
- In case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
If we cancel an order or service, the customer will receive a full refund, which will be processed within 3 days of cancellation.
3. Refund Policy for Cancellations
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 3 days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during the purchase or can be credited as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.
- The refund timeline may vary based on the bank or payment gateway policies. Customers are advised to check with their respective banks for updates.
4. Exceptions & Special Cases
- Some products and services may be non-refundable and non-cancellable due to their nature, such as personalized/customized items, perishable goods, or limited-time services.
- Any promotional or discounted items may have separate cancellation terms, which will be mentioned at the time of purchase.
- Subscription-based services may have specific terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds, which will be outlined in the subscription agreement.
